On February 3, 2011, CFAA Hosting Chinese New Year Dinner
at Ronald Mcdonald house
Volunteers from our members include Kerry Kress, Florence Chokhawala, Lingju
Chen, Claire Kotenbeutel, Pai-Yien Chou, Lu Chou, Siyi Lu, Joy Chen, Naining
Yan, Vina Yang, Victoria Chi. Some members prepared homemade, well-balancetraditional
Chinese dishes to share and others helped with the decorations. They transformed
the kitchen and dining area into a cheerful and festive
environment. Vina Yang commented that when she went to pick up the decorations
afterwards, the Ronald McDonald House staff told her the dinner had been
a huge success and that there was nothing left of the food.
