I have taught the Chinese language, the history, culture, literature and art of China for many years. To learn recently the art of Chinese landscape painting has given me a feeling of actually "living" what I have taught for so long. I can now follow the China landscape of my mind through a brush and onto paper. These scenes offer an image not seen through a camera lens, but seen from the heart.
